Creative yoga & movement with Roberto
Strong, creative classes that start with being yourself on the mat. Every week online, and every summer on retreat in the heart of Lecce.
Ciao, I'm Roberto.
I teach creative flow: breath-led sequences that are challenging and energising, built on aligned movement and mobility, and explored with a sense of curiosity.
Whether you've practised with me for years or you're rolling out a mat for the first time, I want to inspire you to get the best out of yourself, on the mat and off it. I teach Vinyasa, Power Flow, Yin and meditation, with 700 hours of training behind me and years of classes in London and Dublin studios. I was a personal trainer before I was a yoga teacher, so expect strength and mobility work, safe progressions into arm balances and inversions, uplifting playlists and a few Italian jokes.
