Creative flow. Meet Roberto.
My classes are about creative flow: moving with the breath through challenging, energising sequences, with aligned movement and mobility at the heart of it. I want every student, regular or new, to explore yoga with a sense of curiosity and get the best out of themselves, on the mat and off it.
I've been teaching, breathing and feeling yoga for more than 10 years, but like all of us, I've been practising since I was born, because yoga is part of everyday and everyone's life.

Why yoga can change your life, the way it changed mine
I am the third of four brothers, and while everybody thinks Italian families are very united, I felt left out most of the time. I created an imaginary world, where life looked perfect from the outside but I was hurting inside. I developed a food disorder for many years. I felt lonely even with so many friends around me, and there was so much emptiness inside.
I discovered yoga when I moved to London, and I knew straight away that yoga was my new home, my new family, a new beginning.
Yoga made me who I am today, and I believe that by sharing our stories we keep finding new members of the family, united on the mat. You are not alone. Enjoy the message of yoga, and leave every class feeling stronger, lighter and more yourself.
A moving meditation, offering both movement and enlightenment
You'll get into the poses, inversions and arm balances in the safest way, with the tools to feel confident, ready and above all curious to try them.
It took me four years to hold Pincha Mayurasana, forearm balance, for one minute. No one even noticed, except my teacher. As your teacher, I'll always be there to encourage and praise you, no matter what.
