Same teacher, same energy, wherever you roll out your mat.
I've moved home to Puglia, and my classes come with me. Four live classes a week on Zoom, timed for Dublin and London, with the same love and attention from the other side of your screen.

It arrives by email as soon as you book, with a reminder before class.
Roll out your mat
All you need is a mat, a little space and decent WiFi. Blocks and a strap help, but aren't essential.
Monday, Wednesday and Sunday
Times in Irish and UK time, with Bari alongside. Every class is 60 minutes and open to all levels.
Vinyasa & Power Flow
Strong, creative, all levels with options
Mixed Level Flow
The community class, with a chat at the end
Yin & Restorative
Slow, deep stretches and breathwork
Drop in, or join for the month
The monthly pass is the best way to keep a rhythm going: come as often as you like, and catch up on anything you miss.
- Unlimited live classes
- The full on-demand library
- Members' perks on retreats

Missed a class? Practise later
Every live class is recorded and added to the library, so you can practise whenever suits you.
- Drop-ins and class packs include the replay of your class for 7 days
- The monthly pass unlocks the whole library
- On demand membership, €15 a month, gives you the whole library if the live times don't suit
- Recordings show only me, never the class
Strong, slow, and everything between
I have 700 hours of training, and the final 300 with Bryony Smith's Yoga Alignment Teacher Training changed how I teach.
Vinyasa Flow
Dynamic, creative and physically rigorous, with safety always first. Alignment, breath and a calm mind.
Power Flow
Strength and confidence, with the tools and cues to reach challenging poses. Empowerment, on and off the mat.
Yin & Restorative
Long, supported holds that release deep tension. The slow end of the week, every Sunday evening.
Meditation & Breathwork
Making friends with your mind. Simple breathing tools you can use for 15 to 20 minutes a day.
Hard work, and a good wind-down
"Roberto is a great teacher. His class is the perfect combination of hard work and wind down after work!"
A student"Great way to start the morning! Roberto is very clear with his instruction and gives great adjustments."
A student"Today was my favourite Power Flow so far. Love practising arm balances."

What time are classes for me?
All times are Irish and UK time. If you're elsewhere, Bari time is shown too: Italy is one hour ahead, all year round.
I'm new to yoga. Can I join?
Yes. Every class offers options for new starters as well as more experienced yogis. Let me know you're new and I'll keep an eye out for you.
Can the teacher see me?
If you turn your camera on, yes, and I'll give cues and corrections just like in the studio. Cameras are optional, and recordings only show me.
How does the monthly pass work?
It renews each month and you can cancel any time. It includes every live class and the full on-demand library.
What if I can't make a class I booked?
You'll have the replay for 7 days, so nothing is wasted.
